To become a member of SRLS , persons concerned shall submit a registration form to the Board, which will decide on granting membership.
Entry fee is the equivalent in lei of the amount of 10 euros.
Annual subscriptions of members of the association is the equivalent in lei of the amount of 25 euros. The amount of dues may be amended only by the General Assembly the decision, taken by a majority vote of members.
Persons definitively convicted for violation of criminal law can not hold management positions in the association. The criminal investigation phase, the officers will be suspended from office management.
Member who withdraws or is excluded has no right over assets of the association.
Membership is lost by:
• withdrawal of the association, on request;
• exclusion, approved by the General Assembly of the association.
Associates is authorized to get the association provided to communicate the decision to the Governing Board at least 6 months before.
Founding member or member, guilty of violating the Statute or other serious offenses punished by the criminal law, be excluded from the association by the General Assembly the decision, taken by a majority vote of members.
